Bought on our website
Orders on our website are handled by Paddle, our reseller. To get a refund within 14 days:
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order, or
- Email us at [email protected] with the email you paid with.
The refund goes back to the way you paid. Your access ends when the refund is made. After 14 days, you can still cancel anytime so you aren't charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Bought in the App Store
Apple handles refunds for purchases made on an iPhone. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
Bought on Google Play
Google handles refunds for purchases made on Google Play. Request one through Google Play. If Google can't help, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future payments. It doesn't refund the current period on its own. Cancel where you subscribed: in your iPhone's subscription settings, in Google Play, or through your Paddle receipt.
Your rights
This policy doesn't take away any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
